- Edition: This is the Edition that you have purchased.
- Services: These are the list of Infinity services you have purchased.
- Total Service Charge: This is the total monthly service charge.
- Live Date: This is the date which your account will go live. You will be charged the monthly fees from your Live Date.
- Minimum Term: This is the minimum term of the Contract. Please see our terms and conditions for specific minimum terms per product and edition.
- Notes: This field is optional. It would hold any additional notes that apply to your product.
Billing Details
- Billing Name: This is the name of the contact responsible for the billing for Infinity tracking.
- Billing Email: This is the email of the contact responsible for the billing for Infinity tracking.
- Billing Phone: This is the phone number of the contact responsible for the billing for Infinity tracking.
- Billing Address: This is the address of the contact responsible for the billing for Infinity tracking.
Signed on behalf of the Customer
- Company: This is the company responsible for signing the order form for Infinity tracking.
- Name: This is the name of the contact at the company responsible for signing the order form for Infinity tracking.
- Signature: This is the signature of the contact responsible for signing the order form for Infinity tracking.
